- Where to buy?
- Please visit our etsy store for our handmade limited edition items. While we are happy to your interest with our products, please patronize the shops that carry our products. You can buy the items direct from us only if you don't have access to these shops. If there's a shop near you and you already place the order, we will direct you to your nearest store, refund your money and won't process your order.
- Return + Refund policy: US domestic retail customers only
- We are working hard to always improving our production quality. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variety is expected. All opened or used or custom items cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
We only issue a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. To receive a refund, please contact us to receive refund code. After receiving the code, simply send the item to us in its original packaging & condition within 7 days of receiving the code. We will be issue the refund via paypal once we receive the product. - Exchange policy: International retail customers only

- Paper and materials. Most of our printed items are printed digitally. For our letterpress items and our envelopes, we are using 100% post consumer waste fiber. Our offset items are printed digitally with 100% recycled and at least 30% post consumer waste paper. We're constantly researching for better production process without sacrificing quality.
Recycling program. We recycle all of our paper products after it can't be used properly. We also suggest the same for all of our customer to do the same.
Vendor selection. Most of our products are made and assembled in the US, locally in bay area when possible.
